The 23th International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries(2009Chinaplas) was successfully held from May 18-21,2009 in Guangzhou.In which occasion, we witnessed the great progress and innovation the Chinese manufactures madein the last year, and especially the great achivement Jwell made.
As the the biggest manufacture of extrusion machinery in China,Jwell manufactures equipments for various pipes, profiles, plate & sheet, foamed plate & sheet, blow-moulding; dies of various types.and manipulator etc.Jwell’s equipments exhibited in two halls,which took the area of more than 600 square meters all together. Jwell Pipe Equipment Co.,Ltd exhibited one of the well-specialized equipment:the huger caliber vertical type corrugated pipe forming equipment, wich is used to produce the most wildely used pipe for drainage ; Jwell Extrusion Machinery Co.,Ltd exhibited the electromagnetic heating extruder, which leading the energy saving trendency in the Extrusion field. the conical parallel twin screw pelletizing set exampled itself as the high efficient equipment with the low energy consumption of 1/3 compared with the same model, at the out-put capicity of 700kg/h;Jwell Blow-moulding Equipment Co.,Ltd demonstrated producing the PC Drinking water barrel on the spot.Besides all of these, three-rollers calander from Jwell Plate & Sheet Equipment Co.,Ltd , the hollow-cross products forming table,and Jwell Taijin Company’s Rotary tables and manipulator attracted the most eyes.
The highlight of Suzhou Jwell Machinery Co.,LTD in Chinaplas were as follows: JWS90/36 high efficient single screw extruder and JSP120/31 parallel twin-screw extruder, the capacity of which reached the standard of European notable manufacturers; Jwell T-die branch showed lots of typical products:the wider hollow profile die、 3600mm wider cast film die, PP automatic die which represents advanced technology domestically. On-site demo of shredmaster from Dyun company was compelling, Dyun provided the solution of thick pip recycle, which had been a challenge before, and the shredmaster was delivered to customer directly after the exhibition. Zhoushan Jwell Screw&Barrel company showed it's screws becoming more and more elaborate, and striving to provide customers with better products and services.
